The Boring Bit!
If you are buying an individual "quoted-for" product (kits/commissions) - I can send you an invoice via PayPal, or you can just transfer funds from your account into mine using my PayPal email address of: ali.243@ntlworld.com (please note - this is a DIFFERENT address to my contact email!)
Goods cannot be despatched before cleared payment is received. Hence me using payPal, please note I don't charge any extra for using PayPal as some sites do (they charge me to receive your funds!)
I can accept cheques, but my bank is on a go-slow & these will take a full week to clear.... I can also accept Postal Orders, but please remember that these will cost YOU money to obtain.
I will NEVER ask for credit card details!
You are not obliged to purchase if you do not approve the proof(s) sent to you. If the proof is not to your expectations, there is no obligation to purchase whatsoever.
However - once you have approved your proof & accepted the given quote, you are entering into a contract & are obliged to purchase.
Obviously some designs can take hours to prepare. If you approve a design & agree to the quote, but then change your mind - there will be a charge of £5.00 per hour to cover the work involved. Please note, this will ONLY be the case if you have approved the proof & agreed to the quote - effectively placing your order.
I cannot make changes to your design after you have received it! So please ensure you are entirely happy with the proof before you approve & commit to purchase! I cannot accept a return on a personalised item.
All items are sent 1st class unless you request otherwise.
I cannot accept returns on personalised items as they are unique to you - which in turn means they cannot be re-sold elsewhere.
I can only accept returns on orders if they are found to be faulty, you must contact me within 28 days of the purchase date, or refunds cannot be made.
I will keep your design on file for 9 months after the purchase date - odd pages can be re-printed on request, at no charge, should any "mishaps" occur with the original chart (coffee spills, dog chews etc!) but complete chart re-prints will be charged at half the current pricing for a new chart.
Once you have agreed to my quote - personalised orders cannot be cancelled.
I will only request personal details (your address!) to despatch your orders to you - this will be kept confidential & will not be for any other purpose.
I reserve the right to publish photos of any commissions on my "work in progress" page - & then to publish as an example of my completed work.
It will be presumed that you have read & accepted these T&C when you place your order.
