The Boring Bit!
Payment can be made easily through PayPal - simply click on the links alongside your required product & you will be re-directed to the PayPal site. Don't worry if you don't have a PayPal account, you can create one there if you want to! Your private details (credit/debit card etc) will never be revealed to me thro' PayPal - & we are both potected by their buyer/seller terms & conditions. Or you can just pay direct by card thro' PayPal.
If you are buying an individual "quoted-for" product (kits/commissions) - I can send you an invoice via PayPal, or you can just transfer funds from your account into mine using my PayPal email address of: ali.243@ntlworld.com (please note - this is a DIFFERENT address to my contact email!)

I will always quote for your design or orders via email - if you feel my figure is unfair, that is the stage to query it - not afterwards!
Goods cannot be despatched before cleared payment is received. Hence me using payPal, please note I don't charge any extra for using PayPal as some sites do (they charge me to receive your funds!)
I can accept cheques, but my bank is on a go-slow & these will take a full week to clear.... I can also accept Postal Orders, but please remember that these will cost YOU money to obtain.
I will NEVER ask for credit card details!
I will despatch your order as soon as possible & will keep you informed of any delay incurred.
Charts are sent 1st class, unless you request otherwise.
All other items are sent recorded & the tracking reference will be e-mailed to you on the day of despatch.
I cannot accept returns on the charts, as they are obviously personalised & unique to you -
which in turn means they cannot be re-sold elsewhere.
I can only accept returns on orders if they are found to be faulty (which they won't - as they are checked & double checked before despatch!) If you do happen to find any faults - you must contact me within 28 days of the purchase date, or refunds cannot be made. Replacements charts will only be sent free of charge within this 28 day period (see below for re-print conditions)
I will keep your design on file for 9 months after the purchase date - odd pages can be re-printed on request, at no charge, should any "mishaps" occur with the original chart (coffee spills, dog chews etc!) but complete chart re-prints will be charged at half the current pricing for a new chart.
Once you have agreed to my quote - personalised orders cannot be cancelled.
I will only request personal details (your address!) to despatch your orders to you - this will be kept confidential & will not be for any other purpose.
I reserve the right to publish photos of any commissions on my "work in progress" page - & then to publish as an example of my completed work.
It will be presumed that you have read & accepted these T&C when you place your order.
