These can be supplied with or without the required text...  if you choose to add the text yourself, a sheet of letters/numbers will be sent with your chart - or if you let me have the personal details required, I can work them into the design for you. 

 

I can do my best to alter fonts for you - but sometimes that won't be possible, depending on how long the text details are(!)

 

I can change the format of the details, again dependant on the design you choose, (ie Friday May 14th 2010 to 14-05-10 etc) & can try to work whatever details you require into the chosen design - may mean the design you choose has to be slightly larger or smaller than the examples shown!
