Step-By-Step Guide to Ordering!
PHOTO CHARTS:
Simply email the photo or picture you want converted, along with any sizing requirements or background changes you want made. You will then be sent back a number of proofs for you to look at - along with any advice relevant to the design. (See " free advice service") You choose which proof you want, pay via PayPal (invoice can be sent through, or you can pay direct from the SHOP pages) & the chart will be despatched to you within 2 working days (usually same day service!)
PHOTO KITS:
As above - but state that you require a full or partial kit when you email your photo & you will be quoted for the fabric & threads you'll need to complete the design when the proofs are sent through you. (See " kits") Pay via PayPal & your kit will be despatched to you within 6 working days (or sooner!)
PHOTO COMMISSIONS:
As above - but state that you want to commssion the design when you email the photo through & you will be quoted on a final sale price based on sizing, materials & estimated time to complete when the proofs are sent through to you. (See " Commissions") Half the final fee will be required immediately, the remaining half when the design is completed & ready for despatch.
PRE-DESIGNED CHARTS:
Simply browse through the SHOP pages & click to buy! Your chart will be despatched within 2 working days (usually same day service!) - if you require a different size or Aida count to what is listed - just email with your requirements
PRE-DESIGNED KITS:
Browse through the pre-designed kits on the SHOP pages - & click to buy! Or you can find the chart you want to sew on the SHOP pages, email the details & you will be quoted for the fabric & threads you will need to complete the design. Pay via PayPal & your kit will be despatched within 6 working days (or sooner!)
