How do you convert a photo into a chart? |

I have a sophisticated DMC based programme, which does most of the work for me! Certain aspects have to be done by hand - it's taken quite a while to get to the high standard you can see here! |

How do I get my photo converted into a chart? |
|
Easy! Email me the photo, along with any rough sizing requirements for the finished design & I'll email proofs back to you to view. |

What if I don't like the background on my photo or want to change it? |
|
I can modify the background for you, either by making into a solid colour or just deleting unwanted background images. |

I asked for a size of 30" x 18" - why is my proof 28" x 19" ? |

The programme I have will keep the original photo in proportion when it's converted to the chart - so sometimes it is impossible to get the exact size you had in mind... however, it will be very near it! |

What if I change my mind after looking at the proofs & choose a different photo to be converted? |

No problem at all - the proof service is completely free & with no obligation to buy. Just email me your new photo! |

I've received my proofs - what do I do now? |
|
Have a look through the proofs, choose which one you want converted & let me know! Once you have agreed to the quote given, you can either pay direct into my PayPal account or I can send you an invoice. Once payment is received, your chart will be sent out to you 1st class (anything over £20.00 is sent recorded delivery at no charge) |

I want something changed on my proof, what do I do? |

Just let me know what you want changed & I will send an amended proof to you for you to look at. |

How long will it take to get my chart? |
|
Once you have approved your chosen proof - I aim to post out to you 1st class the next day. |

How do I add threads & fabric to my order? |
|
I can send through details of the fabric available & can supply all or some of the threads you will need to complete the design. I will quote with my email, as price is dependant on your requirements. |

How long will it take to receive my kit? |
|
I aim to post out to you within 5 working days, depending on the contents of your chart. Postage is FREE on any orders over £20.00 & always sent recorded delivery unless you require otherwise. |

I want you to sew a design for me, what do I do? |
|
Email me the photo & I will send back proofs for you to approve. Once you have chosen the design, I will quote reflecting the hours & materials involved. I do ask for the majority of the fee "up front" - but will email you with the design's progress. |

How long will a commission take to get to me? |
|
That is dependant on the work involved! I will give you a rough idea of the number of hours & rough completion date with my quote - but this is not an immediate service! |
